At Photoandfilmsbyabigale, every detail of your big day matters. From the flow of your dress to the laughter shared with friends, I capture it all. To initiate the booking process, start by filling out the contact form on my website. This form is designed to gather essential information that will help me assist you effectively. Once completed, click submit, and I will be in touch with you shortly.
I do not offer raw, unedited photos. My process involves carefully selecting and editing your images to ensure they are of the highest quality and match my signature style. The final edited photos are a reflection of my creative vision and attention to detail. If you have specific preferences or requests, please let me know, and I’ll make sure your photos reflect your personal style.
I do charge travel fees for locations outside of a 30-mile radius from Kansas City. The travel fee varies depending on the distance and location of your shoot. If you're planning a destination shoot, I’ll provide a customized quote that includes travel, accommodation, and other related expenses.
For weddings, I recommend booking at least 7-12 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season. For portraits or smaller sessions, 1-2 months in advance is usually sufficient, but I always recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability. The earlier you book, the more likely we can lock in your preferred date and time.
If we’re planning an outdoor session and the weather isn’t cooperating, we can either reschedule the shoot or move to an indoor location. I always keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your session and will work with you to ensure we get the best possible results. Your comfort and the success of your session are my top priorities!
